   Property agents tell you repeatedly that the landlord will refuse to lease out the property to you.Dis qualifier being your race.
   Racist!!
   Thanks to good upbringing, great education ,plenty of international exposure,a cosmopolitan family full of journalists and writers I observed this trend,analyzed it and have rejected it as pettiness. However people do take discrimination badly.

   I agree, take race off our ICs, we should be Singaporeans and not Singaporean Malay, Chinese, Indian, Eurasian etc

   Well, I’d agree that ‘race’ off the IC, would push for a greater equality among us as Singaporeans.

   But at the end of the day, aren’t we all just human beings? Why do we so often get caught up in superficial factors about each other?

   Yes, me too agreed with Reubenon, take the race off from our ICs. I am a Eurasian but always mistaken as Malays & Indians, really piss me off as I was told to talk these languages but I dont know, sighhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh
