When I was asked to come up with a bit of a bio on myself, I wondered what someone would want to know. I have no idea, so here goes
Born Mark Anthony David van Cuylenburg (yes, that is for real ) 50 years ago.
Did the whole school thing at St Michael’s school and then St. Joseph’s Institution.
I was never the brightest spark, but I could talk my way out of just about anything.
Having wasted my wild and wonderful youth, I came upon Rediffusion Singapore and this was my start in radio (we are talking the mid 70’s here). After a not quite lengthy stay, I decided I needed something more so I became a freelance entertainer and this seemed to go on forever until radio came my way (in the form of class 95 FM) ten years ago. Since then, I have become the furniture piece on Class95 FM’s Morning Express.
I have also managed to open a company of my own which handles corporate events and weddings (a very successful venture I must say).I am an old fashioned family man, who enjoys his quiet time with his wife, his kids and very importantly his Apple.
Most of you who listen to Class95 FM will know me as being quite opinionated, but really I am almost loveable. I am not the biggest fan of blogging and bloggers, but then again this is your chance to convert me. Personally I am always open to new ideas, as long as they make sense and are of some worth.
So the stage is set, and I go forward yet again into unknown territory.
